Stevens Construction has completed Shalimar Beach Resort. Celebrating with a ribbon cutting on the three-year anniversary weekend of Hurricane Ian, the 52,207-square-foot property features multiple buildings offering several accommodation options for short and long-term guests and is the first ground-up resort to open since the storm.

Located at 3325 West Gulf Dr., Beachview Villas is situated on the site of the former Beachview Cottages which were destroyed by Hurricane Ian in 2022 and have been reimagined into a new concept. 

Stevens Construction has completed construction of Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida’s newest location, located at 169 W Hickpochee Ave. announced Daniel Adams, Stevens Construction executive vice president and partner.

Stevens Construction has completed Busey Bank, located at 2524 Del Prado Blvd. in Cape Coral.  The new 5,560-square foot building houses an expansive lobby, multiple teller stations, offices, drive-thru and night-drop deposit.
