Stevens Construction Inc. ("Stevens Construction," “Alex Quattrone,” “Stevnex,” "we," "our," or "us") respects the privacy of users of GroundWork - Mobile, also referred to as GroundWork.

GroundWork is a business application designed to support construction-related operations, including customer relationship management ("CRM"), permit tracking, IT help desk requests, project-related workflows, and other internal or authorized business activities.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the GroundWork mobile application and related GroundWork services.

By using GroundWork, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information Collected From Your Device

GroundWork does not automatically collect personal information or device information from your mobile device.

GroundWork collects only information reasonably necessary to provide its business and application functionality.

GroundWork does not use account information for advertising or behavioral profiling.

  • Provide GroundWork's CRM functionality;

Location information may include approximate or precise geographic location depending on the permissions granted by the user and the capabilities of the device.

GroundWork uses location information for legitimate business and application purposes, including:

  • Associating users with nearby construction projects;

  • Identifying the appropriate jobsite or project address;

  • Displaying relevant project information;

  • Improving project selection and field workflows; and

  • Supporting location-based features within GroundWork.

GroundWork does not use location information for advertising, marketing profiles, or cross-app tracking.

Users control access to location services through their device settings and may deny or revoke location permission at any time. Certain GroundWork features may not function as intended if location access is disabled.

10. Push Notifications

GroundWork may send push notifications to users who allow notifications on their device.

Push notifications may be used for purposes such as:

  • IT help desk updates;

  • Other GroundWork-related communications.

To provide push notifications, GroundWork may process a device-specific push notification token or similar identifier provided by Apple or the applicable notification service.

This identifier is used only to deliver notifications to the appropriate device and is not used for advertising or behavioral tracking.

11. Sharing of Information

Information processed through GroundWork may be made available only when reasonably necessary to operate the service or conduct authorized business activities.

Information may be accessible to authorized Stevens Construction personnel or other authorized GroundWork users when access is required to perform legitimate business functions.

We may use service providers to host, secure, maintain, authenticate, or otherwise support GroundWork.

If operational logging or server-side diagnostic information is generated as part of operating GroundWork's infrastructure, it is used only for purposes such as application security, reliability, troubleshooting, system administration, and fraud or abuse prevention.

Such information is not used to create advertising profiles.

12. Device Permissions

GroundWork does not request access to device resources unless access is necessary to provide a specific feature requested by the user.

If a future version of GroundWork introduces a feature requiring access to a protected device resource, such as the camera, photo library, microphone, or location services, GroundWork will request the appropriate operating-system permission before accessing that resource.

Requests concerning information maintained by an employer, customer, contractor, or other organization using GroundWork may need to be directed to that organization.

GroundWork is designed primarily for business and construction-related activities.

Information entered into GroundWork in connection with employment, construction projects, customers, contractors, vendors, permits, IT support, or other business activities may constitute business records belonging to Stevens Construction or another applicable organization rather than personal consumer records.

Access to and use of such information may therefore also be governed by company policies, contractual obligations, project requirements, or applicable laws and regulations.

GroundWork is a business application and is not intended for use by children.

We do not knowingly use GroundWork to collect personal information from children for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

If we become aware that information from a child has been improperly submitted to GroundWork, appropriate steps will be taken to address the information in accordance with applicable law.

GroundWork is operated as a business application for authorized users.
