St. Petersburg, Fla. (May 12, 2022) – Stevens Construction will be providing an upgrade to the outdoor dining amenities at Isla del Sol located at 6000 Sun Blvd.
Stevens Construction is renovating the existing outdoor café and expanding the waterfront deck which includes the new construction of a poolside tiki bar. Construction is slated for completion in fall of 2022.
The Stevens Construction team includes project manager, Matt Fox; superintendent, James Callaghan and project administrator, Terri Sobeck. Sofarelli and Associates is the architect of record.
