Stevens Construction has completed a 65,000-square-foot, two-story showroom for luxury home furnishing retailer, Clive Daniel Home.
Situated in the prominent corner of I-75 and Fruitville Road in the Fruitville Commons, the showroom serves as a central destination for residential interior design. The showroom is designed to inspire with bright colors and an array of luxury furnishings and accessories. Clive Daniel Home includes an escalator ascending to the second floor which features four small conference rooms paying homage to each of the Beatles and providing a private area to discuss decorating possibilities with design team members.
Stevens Construction worked in preconstruction with Clive Daniel Home and MHK Architecture and Planning for six months to ensure the project could achieve their schedule and budget goals before construction began, providing cost and time savings suggestions.
