Stevens Construction was the construction manager of a two-story, 9,722-square-foot facility which now houses Truly Nolen’s Fort Myers residential and commercial sales, service and administration departments, as well as provides warehouse storage. Stevens Construction demolished the former building to allow for expanded parking. Previously, Truly Nolen’s Fort Myers commercial team was located a few miles east of the residential team.
The Stevens Construction team worked in preconstruction for six months prior to construction starting providing due diligence on the project site, budgeting, constructability reviews and cost-savings suggestions to ensure Truly Nolen’s budget, schedule and quality goals were achieved.
