The Midrise Entry project consisted of the expansion and renovation of three midrise residence entries and is located on the island portion of the Shell Point Retirement Community. The project included converting the existing entry decks into useable outdoor living space for residents by constructing modern sun shade trellises and other attractive hardscape elements. These added hardscape elements blend in with and are part of an overall revitalization of the grand court yard which the three midrise residence buildings share.
