Physicians’ Primary Care wanted expand and consolidate their existing services in Lehigh Acres. Stevens Construction’s early involvement guided the client in the selection the best parcel of land for their new office.
Stevens Construction led them through the process of land development and pre-construction services which included design, budget and permitting. Ultimately, Stevens Construction built them a medical office housing 18 exam rooms, six nurse station’s, ultrasound and five physician offices.
Stevens Construction’s early involvement saved the client 20% of the cost of a standard medical office building while still delivering a high quality, efficient and high volume facility.
