Stevens Construction’s special projects division has completed an expansion of Neuropsychiatric Research Center (NPRC) located at 14271 Metropolis Avenue.
Stevens Construction provided an interior renovation and expansion of NPRC’s existing operations in a two-phase project allowing them to seamlessly continue serving patients and provide clinical research while construction occurred. Completed in sixteen weeks, Stevens Construction combined two adjacent units into one 6,333 square-foot facility with all new finishes including flooring, drywall, doors, cabinetry, countertops and plumbing.
