Stevens Construction provided construction management services for a new 6,689-square-foot building for MidWestOne Bank. The project consisted of the new construction of MidWestOne Bank’s first free-standing bank in Florida with seven offices, conference room, lobby with coffee bar and guest lounge and teller stations.
Stevens Construction included interior finishes such as walnut and natural maple veneer cabinetry, stone accents and back lit wall panels providing a welcoming and comfortable environment.
