Stevens Construction has completed construction management services for a multi-specialty medical office for Lee Health. Developed by Summit Management Group, Lee Health is leasing the four-story medical facility which houses a convenient care, cardiology and infectious disease services.
Completed via the tilt-wall method, the medical office features a contemporary design with a porte-cochere entry accented with porcelain tile. The project was completed with a tight schedule and delivered to the client in less than a year.
