Stevens Construction serves as the construction manager for Florida Hospital Altamonte Springs minor projects completing such projects as therapy suites, medical office renovations and a build out of the pain management office.
Prior to the 5,000-square-foot project starting, Stevens Construction worked with the architect and the client on extensive value engineering during pre-construction. The project included a build-out of the ground floor, upper floor and a fire sprinkler upgrade of the entire five-story building.
