Stevens Construction completed an 8,400-square-foot build-out for FineMark National Bank & Trust at 800 Laurel Oak Drive, expanding services to Naples residents. Designed by MHK Architecture & Planning for client Adria Starkey, the project was completed in August 2015.
The bank includes a community room, four conference rooms, lounges, reception, teller stations and a commercial kitchen. Custom finishes include travertine tile, wood flooring and mahogany wall panels, box beams, doors and cabinetry.
Construction occurred in two phases, allowing bank operations to continue throughout the project.
