Stevens Construction added a 13,477-square foot building to the existing campus of Coconut Ford while they remained in operation requiring constant coordination and communication to ensure operations were not disrupted.
With eighteen service bays, the new building supports Coconut Ford’s growing electric vehicle market and houses a parts counter, waiting room with beverage bar and restrooms. The building also includes a mezzanine with a freight elevator for convenient transport of parts. To complement the existing Coconut Point Ford campus, the building has a stucco exterior, custom metal awnings and enhanced landscaping.
Delivered as scheduled in ten months and under budget, the project is located at 22400 S. Tamiami Trail in Estero.
