Stevens Construction Inc. has completed a 10,976-square-foot office building to serve four tenants. The project also included the build-out of a 2,833 square feet office for a financial services company.
The interior design features birch panels, marble transaction countertops and a glass arched wall. A fire sprinkler system and impact-resistant windows were included for fire and hurricane protection. The building is constructed of concrete masonry units with wood trusses.
