Situated on 48 acres, Bermuda Lakes has six buildings including maintenance, two laundry facilities, guardhouse, compactor and a 14,099-square-foot clubhouse with commercial kitchen, gathering hall, fitness center, storage, offices, cyber cafe and restrooms to accommodate 152 RV pads. Stevens Construction also added outdoor amenities which include a pool, spa, gazebo, pickleball and bocce ball courts and a dock.
In addition to construction, Stevens Construction also provided preconstruction services such as design team selection, cost-saving suggestions, budgeting, scheduling and permitting.
